Programming Blog

The first week of SOTABots 2019 has been amazing so far! Nearly every moment has been fun. We programmed the old robot called Moth-Man and have managed to get all the aspects working. We learned how to write code for drive trains, intake mechanisms, lifts, and even autonomous programs. I’ve gotten to know all the members of programming and we are all friends. We now understand that the most important thing in programming is teamwork.

At first everything was confusing, but with the help of leaders like Rene and Charles, we are making leaps and bounds of progress. I knew that this would be hard, but as of now it’s more fun than it is difficult. I hope that in the coming weeks it will get more challenging, but also more fun. I don’t think I can find an experience like this anywhere else! I’m truly having a great time!
